HallelujahYou know, I've been re-listening some of my long-time favourite praise and worship songs, and I've just been having such a marvelous time recalling all those times. One thing that's always existed in me is my passion for worship. Even in CF, worship is actually one of the most glorious times throughout our whole 1 hour together. For majority of non-christians who come, its because of the music; the worship. I remember that I always looked forward to 'High Praise' whenever CF organized it. And you know what the best thing is about praise & worship? We can do it anywhere, anyhow, anytime; and our Father hears it. As long as our actions are a praise unto him, its counted. Of course, apart from that I am referring more to the literal 'singing praises' out loud, but even if we do it in our heart, its already it. This is what I love most about praise & worship.I remember listening to the United album and singing as I washed the dishes; or even as I was on my way to work (walking to where I work in the mall), I was listening to the praise and worship songs and singing in my heart. Or even in my room, where I often pretend to rock out to Planetshakers songs with the "invisible" electric guitar. Haha! Honestly, I'm not kidding. I also played "air" drums before. In fact, I really am, now... but that's another topic entirely. God sees all that, all of what you and I do to praise Him. And I just felt that I had to say that He's really happy with all of it. More than just. I don't know exactly what made me write this here and now, but hey, the basics never hurt anyone. In fact, as humans, more often than not, we need reminders. Well, I do hope that I can go visit H.United now that I'm going to Australia... and jump up and down non-stop again like I once did when they visited Malaysia two years ago. :) Those youth conferences are just amazing. Not just because of the worship, but in essence, the thirst for God from all those teenagers are so vibrant that you can't help but unleash yourself in a manner that only God would understand. God is good indeed.
